GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Alsace airport shuttle is a service offered by the French-Iranian Association of Alsace to its members.
The fares include the annual subscription to the Association.

You may book on line a minimum of 72 hours before the date of departure. You will be sent an email confirming your trip (date, time, cost, availability of the shuttle) which you must present to the driver. Please check the information of the confirmatory email.

If the request for a reservation is made less than three days before the date of departure, it will be dealt with manually by email or by telephone by an operator. If places are available on the shuttle requested, you will be invoiced 10€ for the service.

An invoice in PDF format can be sent to you on request.

The schedules for departures from or arrivals at a residence or office are fixed according to the itinerary. The pick-up/drop-off time will be confirmed by email.

The service will be invoiced at 10€ per journey and must be paid at the time of booking. For other pick-up/ drop-off points, request a quotation under the heading “Special Requests”.

Fares include reservation, transport, luggage and membership of the association.

Luggage is limited to one case and one piece of hand luggage per person. For additional luggage, a supplement of 3€ for small and 5€ for large items will be charged. This supplement must be paid to the driver at the time of loading.

Departure: Despite the care taken by our service to ensure you a comfortable and pleasant journey, circumstances beyond our control may cause a delay. We therefore remind you that it is necessary to plan to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before take off to allow time for checking in and boarding procedures. We also advise you to take out a travel insurance because we accept no responsibility in the event of a delay.

Arrival: Every delay in boarding the shuttle which keeps the shuttle waiting will be charged to you at 30€ per hour. It must be paid directly to the driver at the time of boarding. You will be given an invoice so that you may give it to your airline or your insurer for reimbursement.

In the case of no-show by passengers at the appointed pick-up place, the service will be charged.

Reservation is final and deal straight by post refund. Shuttle Alsace saves itself for the motivated cancellations performed in more than 10 days before the departure date to offer a commercial gesture.
